USING DIPLOMATIC JOURNALISM IN BUSINESS OF HO CHI MINH'S EXTERNAL INFORMATION IN TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE

During the revolutionary activities in Tuyen Quang, Ho Chi Minh utilized diplomatic press as an effective tool ofexternal information. As a President and ForeignMinister, Ho Chi Minh gave interview and provided much information for international presses. Although Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic presses were not an official diplomatic documents, they have contributed to propagandizing The Vietnamese Communist Party’s foreign policy and presented political opinions about building the relationship between countries and settling international issues after The August Revolution. In addition, by the Press , Ho Chi Minh gave propagandistic information about the country's construction experience of socialist countries that encouraged Vietnamese people in patriotic emulation movement.
