However, to be able to create delicious and attractive grilled meat, in addition to choosing meat, choosing spices to marinate the meat is the most important step. Barbecue seasoning is a blend of many different spices. As a result, we researched and selected the grinding mode, anti-caking agent Tixosil 38 at a rate of 1% and successfully built a process for producing barbecue seasoning from anise fruit.
Lưu Hồng Sơn Lưu Hồng Sơn, Vi Dai Lam, Dang Thi To Nga, Nguyen Minh Tuan, Nguyen Quynh Anh Copyright (c) 2024 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://tckh.daihoctantrao.edu.vn/index.php/sjttu/article/view/1091 Thu, 14 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0700 IMPROVING THE PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY OF NGAN HUY VA.69 SUPER SWEET MELONS IN TUYEN QUANG THROUGH CHANGES IN FERTILIZER USAGE https://tckh.daihoctantrao.edu.vn/index.php/sjttu/article/view/1223
Melon (Cucumis melon L), a fruit vegetable with high nutritional value, is being grown many crops and regions in a year. Studies have shown that nutrition affects the fruit quality of melons (Le Thi Kieu Oanh, 2018), but previous fertilizer formulas have used fertilizers lined with manure and high amounts of in innociated manure, often leading to poor quality of melons. To improve the yield and quality of pears, the experiments have added the amount of microbial compost and reduced the amount of inorganic fertilizers such as protein and potassium for super sweet melon Ngan Huy VA.69 in Tuyen Quang. The results of the experiments have shown that adding microbiological fertilizers of 2.0 kg, protein ure 1.0 kg, potassium chloride: 2.0 kg for and the formula for supplementing microbiological fertilizers 3.0 kg, protein ure 0.8 kg, potassium chloride: 1.6 kg has reduced pests, yields have reached 112.3 - 118.7 weights / ha and the brix level 14.5 - 15.6 %, higher than non-fertilization of microorganisms and high concentration of protein and potassium.
Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Doan Thi Phuong Ly, Cai Thi Lan Huong Copyright (c) 2024 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://tckh.daihoctantrao.edu.vn/index.php/sjttu/article/view/1223 Thu, 14 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0700 STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE FERMENTATION OF PINEAPPLE JUICE https://tckh.daihoctantrao.edu.vn/index.php/sjttu/article/view/1078
Fermented fruit juice is a nutritious and extremely popular product today.
Hương Hoàng, Ha Minh Tuan, Pham Thi Huong, Be Hoang Long, Vu Thi Anh, Hoang Thanh Ngan, Khuat Thi Thanh Huyen Copyright (c) 2024 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://tckh.daihoctantrao.edu.vn/index.php/sjttu/article/view/1030 Thu, 14 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0700
