Abstract

Research on the current situation of the development of management staff elementary schools in Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang province was surveyed on 5 contents: Planning work; the selection, appointment, re-appointment, transfer, dismissal; training and retraining; Inspection, examination and evaluation and the implementation of regimes and policies on remuneration, commendation, and discipline. The results show that the above contents are evaluated at an average, good and excellent level, which shows that the development of management staff for primary schools in Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang province has been paid attention to development. However, still exist limitations that need to be overcome.
