The research results of some land management impacts on Thai Nguyen’s agriculture land management between 2008 and 2014 showed that:
In the process of urban development, the work of land management has been impacted strongly. And that has impacted on the agricultural land management. Land in the city fluctuates constantly due to the transfer of land use, land allocation, lease of land.
Working documents are issued to land management the most positive way. Real estate market is driven. However, the process of urban development also significant impacts on the planning of land use.
