Some solutions to improve the quality of human resource training in Tan Trao University in the current period

Tan Trao University is a public education unit of Tuyen Quang province, which has implemented the task of training and retraining thousands of teachers and educational managers at all levels and officials in other branches to serve education in particular and the socio-economic development in general of the region. The research, survey and evaluation of the quality of human resources training are provided by the school on ethical qualities, health, knowledge, skills, and ability to practice professions as a basis for verifying the degree of meet social needs and junior high schools, primary schools, pre-schools for the products to be trained from which to give solutions that are true to reality and prove objective, scientific and reliable, as a basis for analyzing and evaluating the quality of human resources trained by the school, it is really necessary and urgent.
