Applying the “democracy” philosophy in the Testament of Ho Chi Minh President in the establishment of social democratic regime in Vietnam

The article focuses on researching and clarifying the position, role, stature and era values in President Ho Chi Minh's thought and philosophy on "democracy" (ie the
country takes the people as the foundation, all are of the people, by the people and for the people) that were affirmed, drawn and summarized in the historical testament. On that basis, it was applied to establish social democracy in Vietnam today.
