The article clarifies the contents of V.I.Lenin's views on women's liberation in the work "The Great Initiative". V.I.Lênin gave many extremely important sentiments
about the women’s liberation which were not only very suitable in that period, but also they still preserve its value until now. Thereby, they help us to research and exploit in order to overcome inadequacies, limitations, and well implement the issue of women's liberation and gender equality in Vietnam in the context of 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
