The new Principal title standard has been issued, requiring management staff development activities to be based on the Standard in order to improve the quality of the management staff. The survey results show that the development of management staff in primary schools in Cao Bang city, Cao Bang province has achieved certain results. However, there are some shortcomings that need to be overcome, such as Evaluation of managers according to the standard title of Principal, planning, training, and retraining of staff; appointing, rotating managers, and implementing policies and incentives to motivate managers to develop.
