Building a contingent of female cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the province to meet the task requirements in the new situation always plays an important role, contributing greatly to the Party's revolutionary cause, promoting Women's movements are increasingly developed. In any field, female cadres always assert themselves, overcome all prejudices, overcome difficulties, contribute talents and wisdom to socio-economic development, builders. happy family. The paper is researched from the perspective of the role of fostering female cadres under the Provincial Standing Committee to manage and evaluate a number of Party's guidelines and resolutions, policies and laws created by the State. conditions for female cadres to promote their roles.
