Reviewer social function of literature is a way of thinking based on reasoning to argue, debate and exchange; is the perception the human issues at the level of sociology or philosophy, aesthetics and ethics. Reviewer social function of literary works is in how organizations shape the character of the dialogue, involving the views of the author with the issue yet, not separate calculation showing thesis in question works pose problems for the reader and the times, create forms of indirect way – the defamiliarization in the art self - confessed, and perform tasks to pave the way towards religion, contributed to awakening the child lead the way people in every era. Reviewer social function of literature specifies how to receive literature, paving the way for literary truths back to life, creating new life for themselves the truth of life. The value that the function of social criticism bring literature is the nature of wisdom emanating from the story is told through the dialogue and how the actions of the characters in the story. Authentic works of literature exists only when it brings in social feedback function in a manner that protects human advocate, promote the value of human cloning. The paper focuses Reviewer explain social function of literature through the analysis of short stories of The Distant Boat of Nguyen Minh Chau from the perspective of text semiotics.
