Today, in countries with advanced education, the leadership role of the teachers is always highly appreciated and it is considered as one of the three key factors of a school. Teachers become
key persons at schools and actively contribute to the development of the school's visions. Furthermore, teachers in a school are also the managers and leaders who directly control and monitor teaching and learning activities, especially learning activities. To enhance the role as “leaders of teaching and learning activities”, teachers have to determine “visions” or “goals” for a course in general and for each student in particular. A teacher who knows how to determine
teaching goals is the person making students step by step to achieve the goal of development.
