In order to understand the development of external information, this paper brings into focus history and activity in external information of Ho Chi Minh who formed that. In
the beginning of the revolution, Ho Chi Minh was interested in progandizing external information. In many ways, Ho Chi Minh provided internal on external informations for foreign countries and external informations for vietnamse people.
