Innovative thinking of teaching process in VietNamese literature subject in order to reach the aim “Satisfaction of developing needs” and “Maximizing creative capacity of each individual”

Competency is achieved not only through teaching activities but also through learning activities. Importantly, to fulfill the development requirements and maximize students’ potental and creativity towards the comprehensive educational innovation, teachers are expected to demonstrate a substantial shift from teacher-centered to student-centered approach that focuses on integrated skills, problem-solving ability, knowledge acquisition and personal expression.
