Abstract

Traditional medicine in Vietnam and some countries around the world shows that radial radix (Andrographis paniculata Burm.f.), the Acanthaceae family, has a bitter taste, has welding properties, has the effect of clearing heat, detoxifying, only Traditionally, anti-cancer, used in diseases such as upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, pneumonia, etc. Testing of input materials with 3 samples of XTL01 -> 03 purchased at Na Hang, Chiem Hoa, Son Duong, Tuyen Quang province. Survey on input material size, raw material drying temperature, high radial preparation process associated with 40% water and ethanol solvent, time, extraction temperature, etc. Check some quality criteria of Concentrated extract was obtained according to DDVN V. Results of selection of medicinal herbs purchased at Na Hang, raw material drying temperature 50oC, raw material size < 3 mm, water solvent, amount of solvent for flooding medicinal herbs, with 3 extraction times, total 3.5 hours, extraction temperature 100oC. The inter-radial high density has a sense of DDVN V standard; Moisture content reached 19.79%; The pH of 1% concentrated solution (kl/tt) reached 6.44; The content of extractable by water reached 9.23%; Total ash reached 8.44%; Total aerobic microorganisms < 10 CFU/g, Total Enterobacteria < 10 CFU/g; Total number of mushrooms < 10 CFU/g. No bacteria: Escherichia coli; Staphylococcus aureus; Salmonella spp.
