Using the usual mean-value theorems must use the appropriate sub - function. The selection of the sub - function is always a difficult problem if the learners do not deeply understand the theorems about the mean value, as well as the experience of solving this type of math. Through the collection, selection and classification of a number of typical problems, the author analyzes and evaluates the solution method, with the aim of perfecting the selection of sub-functions in the integral problem for students, helping students have a topic of study, research and get good results in student math Olympiads.
