LEVELS OF USE OF BASIC PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC THERAPIES BY PSYCHOTHERAPISTS IN VIETNAM

The article presents the results of a study in 106 Vietnamese psychotherapists on the use of basic psychotherapy. The results show that the majority of psychotherapists are familiar with psychotherapy and have different levels of use of each therapy depending on factors such as the therapeutic environment, the treatment problem. , therapeutic purpose and most importantly, the therapist's competence. The article also provides basic recommendations of therapists, training institutions and society in improving awareness, ability and application level of basic psychotherapy in Vietnamese society. South, towards a self-healing society of psychological problems.
