Based on theoretical and practical research and assessment of the current situation of extracurricular physical training of boarding students at Tan Trao University, the research has selected 4 solutions to improve the effectiveness of physical training to develop general physical strength for boarding students, namely: Raising awareness of staff, teachers and students about the development of physical education in schools in general and extracurricular physical training in particular; Organizing competitive activities for students on holidays during the year; Diversifying the forms of sports clubs for students; Assigning highly qualified lecturers to guide students in extracurricular physical training, thereby bringing practical effects on physical education, first of all, improving the physical strength of the school's students.
