The revolt led by Ly Bi is an important milestone in the struggle of the people of our Northern domination. The revolt of the victory and the state of Van Xuan was established with special significance in the history of Vietnam. The article reviews the historical context in which the revolt took place, and from reliable sources of information that build the panorama of the uprising. On that basis, the author of the article gives an explanation and analyzes the causes leading to the revolt as well as assessing the position of Van Xuan revolt and state in Vietnamese history
