Abstract

The XIIIth National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam was held from January 25, 2021, to January 1, 2021, in Hanoi. The documents adopted at the Congress were built based on a profound summary of theory and practice; crystallizes the wisdom, will, and aspirations of the entire Party, people, and army. The article outlines the subject program and contents of the Resolution of the XIIIth Party Congress that need to be applied to teaching and researching the subject of national defense and security education at universities today. On that basis, proposing some issue that needs attention in the process of applying the Resolution of the XVIIIth Congress in teaching and research in the coming time.
