The general picture of Vietnamese literary-artistry from after August Revolution in 1945 to Dien Bien Phu victory in 1954 in Viet Bac – the capital of French resistance. There are many activities such as staff organizing and developing, composing movement, and literary-artistry awards in Viet Bac and other places nationwide.
