The study aimed to find out the environment on samples, shoot formation, shoot propagation, pre-rooting and rooting of QT sugarcane by tissue culture at the Center for Practical Experiments and Technology Transfer of Tan Trao University. The experiment was conducted for QT sugarcane varieties. The results of the study determined that the suitable environment to enter sugarcane samples was the MS basic medium + 0.5 mg/l BAP + 0.25 mg/l Kinetin, the appropriate environment to create sugarcane shoots was the basic MS medium. + 1,0mg/l BAP + 1,0mg/l Kinetin, suitable medium for multiplying sugarcane shoots is the basic MS medium + 2.0mg/l BAP + 1.0mg/l Kinetin, suitable medium for money Sugarcane rooting is the basic MS medium + 1,0mg/l BAP + 0,5 mg/l Kinetin, the appropriate environment for sugarcane rooting is the basic MS medium + 3,0mg/l NAA + 1,0 mg/l Kinetin.
