Propagation by tissue culture method for forest trees has been applied in Vietnam since the 1970s. This is the optimal tool to improve forest productivity and quality. Forestry is a production and business industry with a long cycle, the quality of plant varieties has a great influence on the efficiency of forest production and business. Therefore, the use of plant varieties produced by the tissue culture method is really necessary. In order to have a source of starting materials for the production of seedlings by tissue culture method, the first thing to have is a top-quality garden of elite trees with regulations. Research on building a garden of elite trees for hybrid acacia BV10, BV16, and BV33 shows that: The total time to build a garden of elite trees from the Invtro stage until the garden is recognized as qualified as a garden of elite trees is 275 days, of which Invitro phase BV10, BV33 is 21 days, BV16 is 24 days. In the Invitro stage, the BV33 has a lower growth rate than the BV10 and BV33, and in the nursery and afforestation stage, the BV16 has stronger growth than the BV10 and BV33.
