Linh Chi mushroom is a medical mushroom with many benefits for health, which has been cultivated in many areas in Vietnam. In this study, Linh Chi mushrooms are collected from Tan Trao commune, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province. That mushroom is isolated by tissue cultivation on cotton swabs which contain PDA medium to improve expanding speed on substrate. Linh Chi mushroom bags are cultivated in outdoor condition, under natural tree shadow. The result showed that mushroom has been isolated and cultivated successfully with the expanding time about 14 days. The size and shape of fruiting bodies in semi-natural condition are quite large and characterize Linh Chi mushroom. The farming process can be easily applied at households to meet certain needs of the people.
