Managing professional activities in preschools is a measure to help improve the educational quality of the school. By practical research methods such as observation, interview, educational survey, we have conducted a survey and assessment of the current situation of management of professional teams in preschools in Phu Luong district, Thai province. Nguyen, this is the money to propose some measures to manage the activities of professional groups in preschools to meet the requirements of educational innovation and improve the quality of child care and education in schools. Kindergarten in Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province to meet the requirements of educational innovation.
