SOMES PROBLEMS IN DESIGNING EXPERIENTIAL AND CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIVITIES IN KHANH HOA

Experiential and career-oriented activities are organized both during and outside of class hours. However, while the after-school activities inherit various formats from the extracurricular activities of the 2006 general education program, the in-class thematic activities are entirely new, initially causing many educators considerable challenges. The most notable of these are the obstacles in the design stage - the stage that largely determines the quality of organization and operations. This article establishes a practical foundation through a survey of the current state of organizing experiential and career-oriented thematic activities during class hours at several high schools in Khanh Hoa province. It aims to identify the difficulties and obstacles teachers encounter in organizing these activities and to propose some solutions to overcome them. The results of this article contribute to improving the quality of organizing experiential and career-oriented activities locally and can be used as reference material for high school teachers.
