The current practice of social and ethical ethics in universities shows that moral education for students is a matter of long-term strategic importance as well as immediate urgency. Tan Trao University is an institution for training, scientific research and international cooperation to form high-quality human resources. General education for students has been focused to a certain extent by the University and has achieved respectable results. However, higher education has not had enough necessary changes in terms of content, methods, forms and assurance conditions. The effectiveness of higher education for students in implementing the Code of Conduct has not met the desired requirements.
