Our country's history from the 11th - 14th centuries, through the two dynasties Ly (1009-1225) and Tran (1226-1400), has left behind glorious and proud pages of history of struggle to defend and build the country. and formed the unique Dai Viet civilization. The central and local government systems are increasingly developed and regulated. After a development lasting more than two centuries, by the Tran dynasty, a village government department was formed and officially named in the royal official system. In the 13th century, the Tran dynasty had a tighter grip on the administrative apparatus and the village management department in the four-level administrative system of the centralized monarchy state. With strict government from central to local levels, social classes are increasingly clear, especially in rural areas. Main classes: elder class; rich class; peasant class; class of serfs and slaves.
