RESEARCH AND EVALUATION OF LAND LEASE WORK AND EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES LAND USE IN THAI NGUYEN CITY, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE 2019 – 2021

Research and evaluation of the land lease and the efficiency of leased land use of enterprises are conducted in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, in the period 2019 - 2021. This study is conducted to find There are advantages and disadvantages, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of land lease and efficient use of leased land. The research has applied the following methods: Data collection; selecting the survey sample; comparing and evaluation the situation of land management and use in the locality with the legal documents of the central and local levels. The results show that in the period of 2019 - 2021, in Thai Nguyen city, there were 106 enterprises leased land by the provincial People's Committee with a total of 250 areas of leased land and a total area of 10.610.509,3 m2. Basically, the enterprises, after receiving land, use the land for the right purpose, effectively, making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the city. Thus, in order to continue to achieve higher results in the coming time, it is necessary to: Further strengthen the inspection, examination and supervision of the authority and responsibility of agencies, civil servants in the implementation of equitment. Continuing to enhance the people's supervisory role in land management and environmental protection.
