Abstract

The proper use of marine resources is an important job contributing to the development of sustainable resources. Coastal seafood resources and the diversity of fish and benthic species composition in the wind power farm area, Bac Lieu province were studied in June 2020 with large seafood reserves and rich seafood reserves including about 161 species of marine fish; 26 species of shrimp; 34 species of crabs and crabs; 48 bivalve species; 48 species of benthic animals; 232 species of floating plants and 246 species of zooplankton. Many types of seafood have large reserves and high economic value such as shrimp, snapper, curly fish, starfish, mackerel, bird fish, sugar fish, snails, cockles ... etc. Groups of proposed solutions to protect, exploit and rationally use seafood resources in the coastal areas of Bac Lieu province include solutions on policy mechanisms and solution groups; group of scientific and technical solutions; the group of solutions on propaganda and raising public awareness offered is reasonable and has high use value.
