Human resource management in the context of a constantly evolving world is a prerequisite for the existence of an organization. The paper summarizes the research results on the current situation of human resource management at the Department of Quality Management and Assurance, University of Pharmacy and Medicine. Understanding the current situation of human resource management at educational institutions is the basis for providing solutions to improve the efficiency of human resource use, thereby improving the quality of training and improving the lives of staff who will help the University make great strides in the development of educational activities in the context of international integration.
