ADVANCED EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS IN INTERNAL INSPECTION AT TAN TRAO UNIVERSITY

Educational inspection plays an important role in ensuring order and discipline and improving the quality of education. Recently, educational inspection activities have made great changes, especially internal school inspections. However, the organization and activities of an internal inspection in schools are still much inadequate, especially in the context of a fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education today. The article focuses on clarifying some theoretical and practical issues of internal inspection at Tan Trao University, analyzing the objective and subjective causes of shortcomings and limitations. According to that basis, the author proposed some solutions to improve the effectiveness of internal inspection at Tan Trao University, which contributes to the good management of the University.
