DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN TEACHING AND LEARNING AT HANOI LAW UNIVERSITY MEETING REQUIREMENTS OF CURRENT EDUCATION INNOVATION PRACTICE

In the trend of global integration, especially the profound impact of Technology 4.0, the role of digital transformation in all fields is an indispensable requirement for all aspects of life. Within the small scope of this article, the author only mentioned the digital transformation in higher education through ongoing evidences at Hanoi Law University. The article consisted of three main parts which were: Part 1, the author gave a general overview of the concept of digital transformation in higher education, Part 2, the author mentioned the reality of digital transformation in teaching and learning at Hanoi Law University, and Part 3, the author suggested some solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the digital transformation process in teaching and learning at Hanoi Law University. This article would provide practical reference information for school administrators to renovate school development policies when implementing digital transformation, give teachers more information to change themselves keeping up with the trend of the digital age, make learners aware of the importance of self-study, self-research as well as the exploitation of digital resources, and the outcomes would serve as a useful reference source for future studies.
