The article presents a report on the research findings regarding the level of satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Law, Open University of Ho Chi Minh City, concerning various aspects of the educational process, including the curriculum, teaching activities, assessment and evaluation, support services, facilities, and equipment. Using sociological surveys and statistical analysis, the author conducted an analysis and evaluation of the research results, which revealed that the majority of students in the Faculty of Law at the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City are satisfied with the educational activities of the institution, with the highest level of satisfaction observed in the area of undergraduate programme
