THE CAREER AUTONOMY FOR THE LECTURERS IN UNIVERSITIES

Lecturers of universities have given career autonomy, but they are not fully aware of it as well as their autonomy is limited. Their autonomy in teaching and developing program is higher than the participation in school administration and professional development. The article clarifies the concept, role, scope and proposes some solutions to develop autonomy for lecturers in universities.
