INHERITANCE LAW FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF INHERITANCE DISTRIBUTION DISPUTE CASE

The inheritance institution is a particularly important in the civil law of Vietnam, recognizing a very popular kind of social relations. In fact, the number of inheritance disputes always accounts for a large proportion in civil disputes. In particular, inheritance disputes are very diverse and highly complex, sometimes still exist many different views on how the Court applies the law to settle disputes. This article will study a specific verdict on the settlement of a dispute over the inheritance of property that is land use rights and assets on land, thereby giving the direction on applying the law of inheritance in a specific case.
