Abstract

Research and assessment of land use results of enterprises leased land by the State were carried out in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, in the period 2020 - 2022. The results show that in the period 2020 - By 2022, in Thai Nguyen city, there will be 163 organizations and businesses that will be leased land by the Provincial People's Committee with a total of 1,092 leased land areas. Production and business activities of enterprises have contributed significantly to maintaining economic growth and the overall economic development of the whole province, contributing to increasing local budget revenue; Enterprises actively contribute, support, and sponsor investment in public welfare projects in the area, in addition to creating jobs for the majority of local workers as well as workers in other districts. , contributing to stabilizing people's lives in the province.
